Zed Systems builds software that helps businesses manage operations responsibly. We collect only the information needed to provide account access, business tools, reports, support, fraud-control workflows, and product improvement.
Data we process: account details, business setup records, operational entries, uploaded/imported files, payment references, support messages, and system usage needed to provide the service.
Operational evidence: Zed FuelOps may store evidence references, extracted text, confidence scores, audit notes, and verification status when users capture pump, tank, reconciliation, billing, or compliance evidence.
Security: access is controlled through authentication, role-based permissions, branch scope, and audit records where applicable.
