Refund Policy
Zed Systems subscriptions are designed to be simple and transparent. Paid plans unlock operational workspaces, Enterprise controls, reporting, reconciliation, support, and product capabilities based on the selected plan.
Billing: Zed FuelOps starts at KES 5,000 per month, with KES 750 per extra nozzle above 4. Enterprise, onboarding, migration, and training fees are quoted separately unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund requests: if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a payment issue, contact support with the payment reference and account email.
